SKY Energy offers a broad range of alternative energy solutions in order to maximize efficiency and better serve our clients. Some of the solutions that we offer include:
  • Solar
Solar Photovoltaic systems produce electricity directly from sunlight and can be integrated into any building or utility system. Solar power can be harnessed anywhere from a rooftop installation to an expansive solar farm covering acres of land. Recent innovations in thin film technology make it possible to convert any surface into a clean, renewable power generator. SKY Energy offers solar kits that range from 2kW to 20kW for small commercial and residential applications. We also design build larger systems for industrial and commercial users. These larger systems take advantage of economies of scale that significantly lower cost per watt.
  • Hydro
Hydro electricity is produced from hydro turbines and is clean and effective. For those areas with abundant running water and high priced energy, this solution works well. SKY Energy offers design build diversionary “in stream” hydroelectric systems that maximize electricity production and minimize damage to the surrounding environment. We work with local construction firms to lower costs and increase efficiency.
  • Wind
Wind power is generated with the use of turbines placed in geographically advantageous locations. SKY Energy offers “Small wind” solutions ranging from 2kW to 50kW. These systems are perfect for residential or commercial applications and require very little setup or maintenance.
  • Biomass
Biomass systems are an ideal energy solution for agricultural and commercial facilities. SKY Energy designs systems that capitalize on each clients existing biomass fuel source. These systems require little maintenance and can last for up to 50 years.
  • Cogeneration Plants
SKY Energy designs tailor made systems that increase energy production and minimize waste at existing sugar mills, lumber mills, and other industrial facilities. Our services include installing cinder re-injection systems, retro-fitting boilers, and designing scrubbers to meet local and Kyoto restrictions.
